Vatsal Sharan

Vatsal is currently an Assistant Professor at USC. He did his undergraduate at IIT Kanpur, PhD at Stanford, and a postdoc at MIT. He works on the foundations of machine learning, and his interests mostly lie in the intersection of machine learning, theoretical computer science and statistics. He is a recipient of the NSF CAREER award, an Amazon Research Award, and a best paper award in COLT.
