Xi Chen
Assistant Professor, Columbia University
Xi Chen is an assistant professor in the Computer Science Department at Columbia University. Before joining Columbia, Chen was a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton University and University of Southern California. He studied at Tsinghua University (BS in Physics / Math '03 and PhD in Computer Science '07). His advisor was Professor Bo Zhang. Xi Chen's research interests lie in Algorithmic Game Theory, Economics, and Complexity Theory. His research is currently supported by an NSF CAREER award, a Sloan research fellowship, and start-up from Columbia University.
