Jamie Sikora

LIAFA

Jamie Sikora received his PhD in 2012 from the Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC) at the University of Waterloo, Canada, under the supervision of Ashwin Nayak and Levent Tunçel. Sikora is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Laboratoire d'Informatique Algorithmique: Fondements et Applications (LIAFA) at Université Paris Diderot, France. His research interest is the application of optimization techniques to quantum information theory. Lately, Sikora has been examining quantum cryptographic tasks such as oblivious transfer and coin-flipping, as well as complexity theoretic concepts, such as quantum Merlin Arthur protocols with unentangled provers.
