Atharva is a CS PhD student at the University of Southern California (USC), advised by Swabha Swayamdipta, and a member of USC NLP Group and DILL Lab.
Previously, he was a Masters of Language Technologies (MLT) student at Carnegie Mellon University – Language Technologies Institute, advised by Barnabás Póczos & Graham Neubig.
His research focuses on empirical and theoretical understanding of language models with a particular focus on building robust, generalizable, & trustworthy NLP systems.
