Ameya Velingker

Ameya Velingker is a PhD student in computer science at Carnegie Mellon University, where he is advised by Venkatesan Guruswami and Gary Miller. Velingker received his undergraduate degree in mathematics from Harvard University and was subsequently a Gates Cambridge Scholar at Trinity College, University of Cambridge. In 2014, he visited Microsoft Research New England and Harvard University. Velingker's research interests include the theory of error-correcting codes, pseudorandomness, and algorithms.
